I have a spa bath in corner, with shower over. Toilet in another corner - and I put in a part wall - doesn't block it off, more gives the illusion of doing so. Small pedestal sink with cupboards/drawers at side of sink.
It's a small bathroom but that layout makes it a lot bigger.
I'd never have a shower cubicle again - domed or not.

Afraid hubby insists on a shower, a 100mm corner one. I insist on a bath for soaking. Decided an enclosed shower over bath would be too claustrophobic and a pig to keep clean with The amount of lime and minerals in our water here. Just have to pick the smallest bath and 750mm vanity. It's just all so daunting with choices.

he will be cursing with a small shower and you will probably hate a small bath. realistically shower over bath is the only way to go. 1800x2750 is a small space. about the same as mine but i only have shower and vanity. theres no way i could squeeze a bath and a toilet in there and have enough room to walk.

We have a shower over the bath in our small bathroom. It has an acrylic wall liner so no joins. very easy to keep clean, also no glass screen just a shower curtain which just gets bleached and washed every now and then. Easiest to clean bathroom I know and I see you're in Wanganui too so I know what you mean about the water.

Please could I have any pros / cons from people who have lived with a bath over shower enclosed system, also deciding whether to have a shower dome over it, so it will be totally enclosed when showering. Tia. The above is not my preference but with a 1800x2750 space, it's tight when a separate bath, shower, vanity and toilet has to fit in. Plus, if anyone can recommend a good plumber and builder, that would be excellent!
