I have 10 meters of unpasted freeze to hang. IF i wanted to use Fullers PVA, can I dilute this with water? paste the wall or paste the freeze? or both?
the walls are clean ,, semigloss water based paint

Border adhesive is basically dilute pva. If you choose to use your pva, apply to back of frieze and make a meticulous job of wiping off any surplus after hanging. Peter

Wouldn't dilute more than 20 percent and see how you go
