My water tank has developed some small cracks from which water is seeping. Anyone know of a product to seal these cracks?

Or would it be better to empty the tank and get someone to plaster the inside.?

Sika also makes an easy to use product, (2 part epoxy mix but like play-do), 'Concrete Fix' that even sets under water, so you can fix from the inside, being better than outside because of the water pressure of a full tank.
