I need to buy smooth edge (wood strip with tacks in) to finish a doorway where carpet meets tiles, does anyone know where to get it in Hamilton.
Alternatively any idea how much it would cost to get a carpet layer in to do just one doorway!

bunnings right next to the rolls of vinyl up the wall at the back of the store.

Awesome. I looked and asked at mitre 10 and they said they didn't have any so assumed bunnings would be the same.
Popped down to bunnings, got smooth edge for $1.99 and now my carpet edge is perfect. Looks much better than the green tape that was there stopping the carpet from fraying
