Hi everyone. I am wanting to modernise my kitchen. The cabinets are really in good condition, but they are a colour I don't like. Is it possible to paint over or (?) kitchen cabinets? They are kitchen studio - formica type material. Any one have any ideas? Many thanks in advance

We got new cupboard fronts made wasn't that expensive then we got paint matched to the new cupboard colour at resene and got a special sealer and painted over the bits of kitchen cabinetry that couldn't be replaced, new stainless handles and it looks great.

It is possible to paint melteca cupboards, I did my sisters kitchen with the resene sealer and top coats. We changed a green kitchen to an off white. It still looked great 8 years later when she sold the house. .
