It is growing over a fence/hedge on a public walkway. Couldn't see where is started. The flower stems are over 50cm long.

Looks more like Thunbergia coccinea to me.

It's not the Mysore clock vine. Leaves are different shape. From googling it does look like some type of Thunbergia. Thank you ???? for your help.
