That's a denser head than I'm used to on a garden planted Queen Annes Lace. I'd be plumping for wild carrot - which is daucus carota, but I could be wrong. I think the true Queen Anne is probably a more highly bred variant, with a more open 'lacey' head.

I'm plumping for a Queen Anne's Lace (A majus) and the reason is this - D carota typically has a little dark red flower right in the middle of the cluster, A majus doesn't. There are some photos of both here http://keyserver.lucidcentral.org/weeds/data/03030800-0b07-490a-8d04-0605030c0f01/media/Html/Daucus_carota.htmhttp://keyserver.lucidcentral.org/weeds/data/03030800-0b07-490a-8d04-0605030c0f01/media/Html/Ammi_majus.htm
