Hi, I have a low pressure hot water cylinder.Current shower pressure is not to bad. Is there a particular kind of shower head i should be looking for!

No. But the mixer is important, you must make sure it matches the cylinder - low pressure only.

mega sell one and it is on a arm that you can move. Not sure of brand etc but friend has put them in there house

Methven make a good one for low pressure - soft shower or some name like that - can get from Mico Plumbing.

We have low pressure hot water but my son has high pressure in Auck and the most expensive head - - shower one can buy and ours is way better performing. There are great differences in the ones that have removeable heads for easier rinsing too again our cheaper one is best. Have no idea what make ours is though - -sorry no ID

The shower head does make a difference. Ive tried many and the best one so far is a cheap plastic one off those shower hoses that attach to the taps. Its got a small head and small holes which has uped the pressure. (ive got a slide shower) They are cheap to buy so maybe worth a try.
