Confidor or pyrethrum ( use this one at dusk, as it is broken down by UV ) Good coverage, including under leaves is necessary with this pest.

It is too late to treat now - you start spraying in Nov through to January - that is the time they target the plants you only begin to notice the greying on the leaves in the new year by then it is too late.Also plants that are under stress in dry conditions tend to get targeted for some reason
