that must have been a very long time ago.
thats very well known and taught to installers and sparkies.

mind you there is other reasons i would not use polystyrene insulation anyway.

The electrical inspector didn't know either.
The polystyrene insulation is fireproof. I tested it.
It is wonderful otherwise.

I would also like to say that you should
never have downlights, for many reasons.

Which is highly relevant in a 1.5mm cable carrying 0.1A.

must be some real back country sparkies.
even supply places have tape to cover the wire. its a major fire risk, as it sucks the plastersizer out of the tps and the wires short.
