I have had an Atlantis shower installed, but it looks as though the installer has set it up wrong and now there is very little clearance between the bottom door and the shower tray. Has anyone else had similar problems?

Was it an approved Atlantis installer?.

No, our builder. He did not install the glass sides to the top of the alloy receiving channel, and this reduced the clearance between the bottom of the door and shower tray. I've spoken to a few people and they said that the same thing happened to them, so wondering if it is a shower problem or the installation?

Get your builder to fix it then! After all he has to give a 15yr guarantee on all his work. And that's why you have specialist shower door installers. And they're normally cheaper than getting a botch job from a builder.
