Is it bottom end rot ?
if it is that can be to much water for the plant ?
This is what im thinking.

Take off all damaged fruit, and water with a lime water solution. The problem is caused by a lack of calcium in the soil, the lime wash releases it and new fruit should be okay. It would pay to check watering is regular, and feeding continues. Some varieties seem more prone to this than others.

That's what I do at the first sign - but I grow all mine in potting mix, so the calcium thing varies according to mixes as well I suspect.

Looks more like blight to me, no bottom end.
