I bought a boysenberry plant a few years ago, to put in out huge shadehouse with all the other berries.Have mostly cut it out now, as it has vicious prickles, and grews like a triffid - every time I go to pick a berry, I was attacked.much easier to grow raspberry, thornless blackberry, blueberry, grapes, strawberry, cranberry, etc, and not be attacked.
