Help - oven and fridge location

If building a new kitchen would it be a bad idea to put the fridge build in to cabinetry next to a double oven? I see it in photos online but didn’t think it was really wise to do or have things changed now days!

Make sure the fridge is clear around it so the radiator or sides is ventilated, otherwise the fridge won't work.
And make sure that the electric cable is accessible in case of a power cut, so you can plug the fridge into an emergency power supply. A neighbour couldn't plug his fridge into my portable power supply when there was a power cut for 3 days.

It wouldn't be the ideal place for it directly next to the oven, but as long as there's a bit of a separation, say a small pantry, drawers, etc then I'd say the ergonomics and use of them would be far more of a concern than any heat from the oven.

Mine are side by side. no problems whatsoever

I've had them side by side in the past and no problems. I find with the panty right next to the stove that the food stored therein gets a bit warm. Like the coconut oil is always soft, even in winter, even though hard when purchased, so HAS to be the heat of the oven going through the one wall.

The panty should always be in the kitchen.:P
