Do you turn the tops over to stop them from going to seed!
I have never grown them before!

Once they start bulbing up you can harvest when you like. I think you turn the tops to stop them shooting and to let the onion bulb fill out further - not sure though.

they turn over themselves. Weather is likely to make them to shoot.So can Harvest now and lay out in the sun for a few days to dry.
