The fuse blew , the element is 2000 watt is it a 10 or 15 amp fuse wire replacement?

Neither. It's call an electrician to check for a faulty element time. Fuses don't normally blow for no reason.

it should be on the fuse and 2kw I would think it would be 10 amp wire

If you still have fuse wire I would recommend having circuit breakers instead. With a torch in the dark, it's easy to see a breaker that is off. Pulling out lots of fuses can be dangerous if they are badly wired.

It usually means the element is stuffed.

The cable size determines what size fuse, not what appliance you have plugged into them.

+1 get sparky to bring one with him or you can get them at bunnings, mitre10 etc. they plug into the old fuse holder.
