I had agapanthus, as the roots will hold the banks up. What else who you recommend!

Phormium cookianums, senecio greyii, dimorphotheca, connvolvuls cneorum and mauretanicus, cistus, groundcover ceanothus and rosemary, hebes, pittosporums and grasses. Look at texture, repetition and varied heights, as well as foliage colour.
