Couldn't find any online or in yellowpages?! Our 3 years old Fujitsu heatpump is full of black mould in the blowing vents and inside the circular blowing fan!?. not good.

I cleaned my Mitsubishi today, took about 30 mins, find the manual for your unit and it will have a section for cleaning which should show you how to remove the filters and clean them

I do not have a heat pump - hate them, but have cleaned my son's, friends, office I volunteer at. Very easy, went up ladder, opened cover, took out filter and took outside and cleaned - sounds like yours would need hosing, ones I did just needed vacuuming the dust off. Told it costs at least $100 to get them done. DIY
