The blue flower has a leaf like an agapanthus but seems different to an agapanthus. The other plant is popping up all over my garden and I wonder if it is a weed? Any help in identifying them would be much appreciated.

The first one is a poppy, probably oriental, Papaver genus, grows quite large and is pretty. It could be an opium poppy but there are many like it which are not opium poppies, despite what you maybe told. The second is Scillia and I'm sorry I am no longer familiar with specific names

2nd is Scilla peruviana and I'd guess the 1st is opium poppy
