I wouldn't but if you are prepared to take a gamble, I guess give it a shot.

Roses are very forgiving. Have your ground prepared well and keep well watered. If it were me I would give them a bit of a root prune before replanting. Not too much but enough to make them want to grow to survive. I shifted house once in December when it was really hot and brought my roses with me and never lost one. Best of luck whatever you decide
