How do I stop these wee buggers getting in my roof! They squeeze under the ridges. The only way I can think of is to nail every ridge instead of every second or third, but I'm getting on a bit and don't trust myself shifting and climbing extension ladders. It's a newish roof and one of the reasons I put a new roof on was because of sparrows. There's only about 3 families of them, but they drive me mad. I don't like to be outwitted this way by a bird. I have tried some expensive stuff from M10, sort of like foam rubber soaked in what smells like bitumen that you poke under each ridge. The guy recommended it, but they just picked it out and moved in again. I like birds and don't want to hurt them.But.
We put these in all our spoutings stopped the birds coming in.
