Unstuck area of painted wallpaper - what to use?

In my unit it's very warm and a slice of the painted many years wall paper has come away from the wall a very minor amount but it's obvious. I couldn't fit a cotton bud under most of it (not that far out). What can I stick it down to the wall with (and how)- which won't go bad looking as it's right in front of you at the top of the stairs very on display. Thinking of repainting over top anyway but ideally something for the meantime!

And am thinking apply underneath using corner of a scraper or something very flat.
