Anyone tried shredding their DIY Tobacco thru .

a paper shredder! What did it turn out like! Did it work!Problems! What exactly . !

never tried that, but have used a kitchen tool designed for cutting cabbage etc. It a srpring loaded chopper that you whack with palm of hand. Works excellent

Does it have a sticky resin build up on a knife blade! if so, it would clog the blades on a shredder.

It probably wouldn't be as fine a cut as you can get by hand. Unless you have pounds and pounds, I think prob best to stick to DIY for a better product. I never found it hard work.

^ Potentially a fair bit of it . want to sort a system out that does not involve hours doing it by hand. I guess just got to give it a go. Shredders are cheap enough. And I guess if its too coarse the first time through - stick it through again maybe.
