Want to move wash house to theinternal garage cant see any waste water drains around,What would be needed to do this !

And don't even think about allowing the waste water from the washing machine to flow on to the ground. It could prove very expensive in more ways than one.

You will need a drainlayer AND a plumber for this job AND a building consent. So to start with you will need to get plans drawn up to submit to council. Drainlayer willneed to lay a drain to connect into existing, then plumber willneed to install water pipers, Then you get it gibbed etc, then plumber comes back to install tapware etc.

Internal garage. so on a concrete pad! but is the house also or is it on piles with access under! it may be easier than you think - or not.
suggest you get a plumber around first to give you a quote, at least then you will know if it's realistic or not.
