Which is a good flaring tool and deburring tool for gas (LPG) pipes?
Where can I buy these?

So you don't use licensed electricians or licensed gas fitters.
You may as well just cancel your insurance and save yourself some money on that as well.

Since I get to use a lathe, I made my own pipe flaring tool for copper pipes. But I don't like gas so I don't have it.

Well this is a DIY group. Why buy things when you can make them?

Nothing stopping him from making up his own piping & using it except for connecting any pipes used for LPG gas. Perhaps he has a friend/ mate thats certified. Perhaps he used to be certified & did this for a living in the past but still has access to those ppl who are certified & happy to sign off his work for him.
Too many "perhaps", in his original request for an outright condemnation
Interesting wonder who installed the gas work on this boat ?
