Have a look at Samsung. Ours is reasonably large internally and has the added advantage of being able to use the whole oven or split it in two to have two zones which can cook at two different temperatures or just use and heat just one half. It's also steam cleaning and 250 deg pyrolytic but not full pyrolytic clean.
