Are turning brown on top. They looked so nice, now they are awful. Shall I cut them off, is that ok? And if I do were abouts to trim?

Trim them 3 leaves down. The extreme heat causes them to turn brown , they prefer a bit of shade.

Yup, they cook in the sun.
