Definitely not F2 - that is a very high VOC adhesive, and quite frankly, it will stink your place out.
There are plenty of low VOC carpet adhesives that have little or no smell.
You need to select the right glue for use on concrete and suitable for the type of carpet. Some glues are not suitable for some carpet backings.

The same glue they use for carpet tiles,don't know the name but it is some sort of PVA.
