Am currently refurbishing a dresser where it has a bit of wood stuck to the mirror. The wood is about 35mm thick and 800mm long, its just decoration (not bearing any load) so what would be the best glue to use?

No more nails or similar would work, or even hot glue if you have a hot glue gun.

We glued a full length mirror to the inside of a wardrobe with a product purchased from a glass specialist.

No more nails is pretty useless. If you really don't want it ever coming off, use Araldite - not the 5 minute stuff, the long setting one.
