They are Dutch pins - used by bricklayers

I don't think they are line pins,far too bulky. The weight with the cord looks like it's been used as a plumb bob,it's too small to be a window weight. I can't say as I have seen anything like the other items,they look as though they may have been pedals! or something foot operated.

They are clamps used to hold straight edge or similar on masonry walls, the one with the sting is definitely a plumb bob.
