In shaded parts. Have 'touched up' paint/oil in other areas sucessfully, (no mildew)alot have plants handy so using bleach mixture unsure at effect. House done fully about 5 years ago and this is the first time this problem has arisen. Stain has worked (so far) on mailbox with similar problem.

Drop a plastic drop cloth over the garden plants and spray the cedar with Moss & Mould Killer. Remove drop sheet. Leave Moss & Mould Killer at least 12 hours and rinse with copious amounts of water which will dilute the Moss & Mould Killer so that it won't cause problems to the plants.

I use toilet cleaner, domestos or similar, as its quite thick, i put it on the squeezy mop head and just mop up and down like you would the kitchen floor, leave it on for a while (overnight if really bad) and wash off with the hose the next fday

use chlorine from a swimming pool shop and broom it dilute into a bucket of water
