Is "hard" firewood worth the extra $$? usually pine is the cheapest and manuka etc are dearer. are the harder woods worth the extra money though? yes they burn longer and hotter but you pay more for it |

Removing pines/firewood? We have about 70 x 30-year-old pines, and about the same number of 40-year-old poplars that we want removed. They are all pretty big and too expensive to have taken out individually by a tree feller. Does anyone know if firewood companies might be interes... |

Firewood rounds in cube Not sure if anyone can answer this or not. I have been offered 30 rings of gum 40cm x 25cm but have no idea how many cube this would be split. I could buy 6 cube already split for $480 or the 30 rounds for $300 from someone else. |
