The spring wasnt rusty but blemished, so on the way.

It would be better for YOU to stick to your own job as your advice is ill informed , and you have no idea how a low pressure ceiling tank set up works when you advise adding a pressure relief valve to that system ! and also adding TWO pressure relief valves is not achieving anything but adding an extra unnecessary cost to the job .

Yep agreed - shouldn't bother with relief valves if header tank fitted but would still say that $70 for a second one is cheap for a doubling of the safety factor.
