Just wondering if anyone has some advice on these. I have about 5 small roses. one in a pot which seems to be doing ok and 4 in a small side garden (sun in morning only). The garden roses are not doing well at all. the leaves are peckled and some are black spotted which I guess is black spot? I have had them for about 4 years now and when I moved last time, I dug up and brought to new place. any ideas? thanks.

Some of my carpet roses are all speckled and black spotted. The leaves look terrible even with my regular spraying for black spot, insects and other things, so am putting it down to extra weird weather this summer. Will see what happens next season which would probably be the best for you also. Good luck.

Thanks for replies. I don't think the soil in this small garden very good either so will look at improving it with some better soil etc.
