Just after a reliable mixer for our small toilet, putting in a cabinet case as well. What is your view with these 2 brands?
Mitre10 said Stream less customer returns but they sell more of them. The guy said they are the two better ones. Foreno has more returns but they still seem to have a 10yr warranty.

Used to be the 1 but now they are made o/seas so maybe not so good. All our renos, rentals, and our own house, use foreno (cause they are cheap) and so far have never had a comeback. If its a basin mixer then if you should happen to get a bad one its simple to change/replace. Its not like you are operating it 10,000 times a day either.

No surprises that Mitre 10 recommend their store brand. As they will make the largest profit from selling it.
No different to going to a new car dealership and asking what brand of car to buy. The dealer will recommend the brand that they sell.
Also recommend Methven, As it is far easier to get spare parts for Methven.

have stream in my house and they work fine. I didn't put them in but certainly not new and working fine. prices are good
