Is it too late to be planting now? Thanks

Definitely too late. Plant in Spring when all risk of frost has passed. The secret is to plant them in soil enriched with lots of sheep poo!

compost would be even better, more balanced and less nitrogen than sheep manure so you should get a healthier more balanced plant

My pumpkins are small and they have yellow leaves even though i gave them horse poo and fresh chicken manure, what can this mean?

Possibly not enough water?

Probably not enough water. Pumpkin plants are very thirsty.

More likely magnesium or potash.
