maybe nilodour

Park it in the sun with a couple of windows open slightly and have a fan blowing the hot air out. The smell has to stop sometime!

Nilodour as suggested leaving some windows slightly down to allow air flow. One or two drops on carpet is ample. Available in supermarkets.

Fabreeze, the blue one. We had an import that stunk so bad I wouldn't sit in it. Spray all upholstery thoroughly. Took me a couple of goes a few days apart but car came up good as new.

If you have baking soda at home put an open container in the car filled with some for a few days. I left it for a week and it absorbed all the odour.
