I have a long concrete block wall that I want to cover with some sort of creeper. It needs to be self adhering and ideally fairly low maintenance. The wall is about 40-50 metres long and 2 metres high.
Can anyone recommend something suitable?
Cheers

Definitely this, trim twice a year as it matures. Virginian creeper is far more rampant and will send long runners into your garden, constant work.

Ok thanks for the advice. Any thoughts on spacing for planting?

Boston ivy is prettier, but does drop its leaves in winter. Stunning autumn colour though.

Depends on how fast you want cover, it does not grow as rampantly as some, so anywhere between 1M or 2 M

Plant around 1.5m apart.
