It all depends on how you apply it. I paint using a sponge pad painter thingy, and scoop the paint onto that with the stirrer. I can make a liter of paint go a looong way by not wasting it in the fibres of a roller or spreading it around on a roller tray. Dont' paint cans usually indicate who many square metres they cover? You'll have to do some math.

You should be able to do it easily with 30L

You would need a coat of undercoat and two of top coat. Some paint brands have these together in one paint. You'd also need paint for the sills and window frames - water based enamel. Would you also need a painter?

They are very helpful at paint stores too if you can tell them the square meterage of your house.
