Wash and cut you citrus in half and freeze them .Put through a processor with a grater blade and store the whole pulp frozen .Sprinkle on breakfast cereal ,yogurt ,other fruit as an easy ,delicious way to add great nutrition . Kids who won't usually eat citrus raw will love this . This is a complete fruit system ,no peeling ,no squeezing no waste.

You can also do a massive juicing, juice all the lemons you can find, put the juice into ice trays and then pop the cubes into plastic bags or tupperware containers. We always have heaps for winter colds this way.
