We have a 1m wide strip down the back of our house that needs some attention (ie weeding!).It's south facing so only gets sun in the middle of summer.No one goes down there much so would like something low maintenance that I don't have to worry about.
Latest big idea is artifical grass.Anyone done it!Cost!Durability!Any advice!

We haven't had it done ourselves, but I've heard some good things about how realistic it looks these days and how good some of the artificial turfs in the Wellington region are to play on for sports (summer holiday conversations, as you do). Try googling Think Turf, they are in Welly.
