Hi, I have a couple of large ranch sliders (three panels, two slide). I want to change the direction on opening (swap the door to the other side). The channels go all the way cross, and are covered with what looks like a clip in plate. Not sure about the fixed panel. The would have been made in 2005/2006. Does anyone know if it is possible to swap the direction (or likely, I realise hard to say for sure without seeing them!). Thanks :-)

It is possible but the centre mullion will have to be inverted to face the other way. This means that the transom in the fixed piece will need shifting if it is not exactly half way up.

I have a ranchslider - only 2 panels - Had the door sliding changed from right to left slide to left to right slide. It was by "Exceed". He turned the door upside down to make it work. Works very well and the locks are still on the appropriate sides.
