I use oil of eucalyptus on a cotton ball. Works on all sticky labels no matter what they are on.

yep, I actually forgot about it till today, noticed it sitting on the servery and had a wee scratch. label came right off, leaft a bit of a gooey mess, but that was easily cleaned up.THANK you for such a cheap and easy fix. I didn't want togo and buy a whole bottle or tube of something, just for one little label. Worked a treat

I soak the jar in hot soapy water and peel of most of the sticker then for the sticky bit I make up a paste of baking soda and oil and I smear it on and leave for 5 to 10 mins and then I use my pot scratchy thing and just rub over it and then its all sorted. Clean as a whistle.

Soak in hot water, scrape label off then rub with Jif to get the sticky residue off.

Nail Varnish remover often does the trick

Yip or window cleaner let it soften for a sec or de solvit will do the trick
