Just a heads up on a recent scam online shop or should I say shops, confirmedshop.com sells cheap cordless power tool kits but nothing is delivered, a colleague was told about the site and purchased a kit, the site sent constant tracking updates until the kit was supposedly delivered but nothing arrived, I have since done some research and the following is a list of sites all registered in the States but most likely from China using the email address [email protected], www.scamner.com has details and comments from people around the world who have been scammed boundplaza.com, significantplaza.com, playedshop.com, confirmedshop.com, frankmill.com, entitledmart.com, suprememill.com, maintainedonline.com, exspressedmarket.com, optionalplaza.com (this one has caught some Kiwis & Aussies out) detailedmill.com, givenmill.com, reasonableplaza.com, involvedshop.com, planeplaza.com, entitledmill.com, efficientplaza.com & hairyplaza.com, there is most likely more of them so check some of these ones out as you will see that they are all using the same layout and images etc, do not buy from them as you will loose your money, it's the old story, if it seems too good to be true then it is most likely a scam

Thanks for that easygoer, way too many of these miserable devils about now, it really is buyer beware. Price often sends up a red flag, but these websites are looking pretty genuine.

Yes. you would be lucky to get any De Walt item for under $80. maybe a set of brushes, or a replacement blade etc. De Walt are very much like Apple. they excerise a very high level of control over their retailers and therefore are very picky over who stocks their products. so the Persian Cat & Carpet Company of China would not be a "approved" retailer. "too good to be true = not true / scam"
