lol, got a text saying someone will be out before 5th march. which is fine then i got rung by a technician wondering why i wasnt at home!

YAY. Home and all working!
Turned out the t was an outside line fault. Glad I risked the provider and not got someone else in.
Now just need to replace broken jackpoint we took off to check wires but that’s no biggie!
