simple mistake. Meant roofer. Saying that I think the builder in this case would have done a good job if he wasn't drugged out. He has had a good rep for decades.

He might have been an OK builder, but he was never a roofer. That work is naively bad. He doesn’t know any better.

OMG just noticed the popriveted patch by the pipe. Obviously he chopped a hole to go over the complete tap and then just shoved a patch onto the flashing. How the hell did he think that was anywhere near a tradesman like method? Can't blame tramdol for incompetence.
