I have a bunch of very hungry caterpillars that have eaten all my plants, can anyone take them on and save their little lives please

They like eating pumpkin, put room temperature slices at the bottom of the stripped plants, they eat during the day then go back up the plant at nighttime to sleep.

pick off the little ones you need to limit the numbers per plant eg 4-5
Shame you are in the Sth Is. We have many large healthy swanplants here in the Waikato but have yet to see a Monarch or a single egg arrive on our plants this summer.
