Our son and daughter-in-law had one custom build- stunning! not only does it look good (suits their home-looks part of it) but is like an extra room for entertaining etc. and yes they are expensive!

Yes quite expensive - of course it depends on size.Trying to get one built in Wellington is ludicrous. Only one guy is allowed to quote for my area and he seems hopeless. Now getting a builder to do it using timber instead of Aluminium and probably using PSP'sClearVue polycarbonate Using timber as against Aluminium would probably save $3000

Archgola are approximately $500 to $600 per square metre. Blinds are $1400 each - the blinids are good though - they turn the space into an extra room for entertaining. I'm investigating someone building it instead - but trouble with the wood ones won't look so good
