can put heaps of manure in keep moist then later dig in thats what i do we have a place i can get bags of pony poo better than buying compost from the shop

I've only got lettuces in mine now. I've put compost & other goodies in it & will leave it until early spring.

I don't use the floor of my glasshouse, it's paved. I have lots of shelving and at this time of year I bring in any important plants I don't want frost damaged (we rarely get frost). I have lots of snow peas in jiffy pots waiting to be planted in very large containers outside and soon I'll be sowing seeds ready for Spring.

I have lettuces, some brassicas, beetroot, strawberries and a tomato in my Autopots right now. Haven't been growing though. I think the nutrient solution might not be strong enough, I've upped it anyway.
I also have a small fish tank with plants to try and grow them up for my tank inside.

I have planted heaps of white onions in mine which are growing really well (we live in a very high rainfall area and too wet for them outside) also have in greenhouse. cabbages, cauliflower, spinach, parsley, broccoli, lettuces, herbs, bunching onions,. and asparagus and strawberries (the latter 2 in winter mode).
