Use my enclosed back porch one often, for an hour or two at a time, but frankly a plain old bath is just as good, as the noise of the pumps drives me batty. So only ever run it to bring water temp back up, which i could do by adding more hot water. If i put one inside, i would pipe it to a remote mounted pump, or one in a sound proof enclosure.

I wondered about the pump noise. Do they all have a heater or some just with jets? Yours sounds amazing bobcat

Plenty of older ones were pump only, no idea on recent models, so definitely check what you are buying. Ps, a 2kw heater(plus whatever pump is) is a bare minimum, in my opinion. Ideally a hard wired 3kw heater unit would be best. (2kw would not keep up for mine in winter conditions - semi outside though - even though i insulated bath and pipes with spray foam, so now use floating cover if real cold - ps larger 200 liter bath). Still good though for frosty winter star light nights, with infra red heaters going too.

I have a spa bath with jets in my bathroom - love it. Takes away aches and pains immediately and totally relaxing. Or did you mean you want to hear about outdoor spa baths?

We have a spa bath and spa pool. Use the pool heaps, but almost never use the bath - it was in the bathroom when we bought the place otherwise would not have bought one.

Yes Spa Bath not a Spa Pool for outdoors. It's just like an ordinary bath right but with jets? So you fill it up as per norm a bath at pull the plug out after? Or do you leave water in like a spa pool? Ha ha I'm so confused, I don't understand a heater for them if you just run the tap. I want to get one but didn't realize all the plumbing goes through the pump.

Yes that's right, you fill with warm water and the heater keeps it at the same temperature as you soak and when you are finished empty out as you normally do for a bath. It is sheer luxury you can lie down in it and if you lift your shoulders away from the jets the jets will massage you shoulders. I add about 1 tsp shampoo and it just fills the bath with bubbles. You can also operate it on cold water only in the summertime when the weather is so hot. Its not expensive to run either my power is only $111.00 for two people here per month
